How long do shutters take to arrive?
Normally 10 - 12 weeks, we do provide options if you're in a rush meaning we can get the lead time down to 5 - 6 weeks.
How much are your shutters?
Shutter prices depend on a few factors: Size, material, shape. We can get you an approximation over the phone or email, but prices are subject to change once a survey is performed.
When can you measure?
At Southport Shutters we know how busy you can be, we strive to make the process as seamless as possible. We are happy to come to you on evenings and weekends, whatever best fits your schedule.
How does payment work?
We take a 50% deposit up front, with the balance to be paid upon completion. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, cheque or bank transfer.
What is the warranty?
All of our products carry a 5 year warranty on manufacture and a lifetime warranty on the installation of the product.

How does the referral program work?
Easy! Once your job is complete to your satisfaction, you tell you're friends about us (Up to 3) Once they place their order and pay deposit, we send you 10% of their total bill to you. Uncapped.
